About Us
We are a small and dedicated team of e-mail delivery professionals, with experience of more than 5 years in the business.
In the past we worked privately with selected customers, giving each a "custom made" e-mail environment and settings, but lately we have been working hard to expand our services to a broader range of audiences and marketers from more fields and endeavours by creating a more "self service" type of system where anyone can use our infrastructures.
We have a team of highly skilled software engineers, e-mail marketing advisors, and graphical designers, that will help take your next e-mail campaign to its full potential.
If you are interested in working with us, feel free to contact us for more information.
Our thought on spam:
Any commercial email sent from legit servers with all contact details of the senders available on it, using authentication on their domains, asking the recipient's permission and giving him an option to unsubscribe should not be considered as spam.
Email sent from virus infected zombie machines, that is untracable, with fake sender's addresses, using misleading subject lines, containing either viruses or some socially-engineered form to collects your details, is what should be considered as spam. Marketing e-mails will always be there, and as long as you can unsubscribe from them, you can continue to use your mail safely.
Our dedication to keep both our customers & their recipients happy:
Our customers are people and/or companies that use our services to send newsletters through our infrastructure to their clients. Their receipients are the target audience for these newsletters.
Both of them have their wishes from an e-mail service like us: from the customer's point of view, they wished we delivered as many emails as possible to their recipients since those emails drive traffic to their sites, hence more promotion equals more traffic. From the recipients' point of view, they don't want to receive too much mail and they don't want to get their email address bombarded with mails.
In that aspect, we protect both customers and recipients by our opt-in policy (letting the recipients know how many emails they will receive from us), privacy policy (how we protect their email address in a secured environment) and anti-spam policy (our responsibility to delete customer accounts who send spam), our secured servers and team of administrators who actively scan and maintain the server's security and our direct and easy to use unsubscribe links and open mailbox for customers complaints.
A real story : how we helped some guy get rid of spam he received from others
As mentioned before, we take in contact requests very seriously, sometimes too seriously such as in this case. One recipient sent us an abuse contact request once regarding spam he received to his inbox. We checked our database and found that the recipient doesn't belong to any of our lists, so we asked him to send us back a copy of the spam mail.
The recipient sent back a copy of an offending email that turned out to be sent from an anonymous spammer, with no unsubscribe options. We helped him to identify the domain and IP that was used to send this email and explained to him how to install a filter in his Outlook so he could block this kind of spam, as well as we redirected him to send the copy also to spam-cop so they will help blocking and finding the mentioned spammer.
Although we actually did extra work for this recipient he didnt really ask for, its just because we do care about our recipients.
