Domains used by our system

How to identify our domains ?
Open the email you received from us in a seperate window (double click the email), and now go to File->Save and save it as an EML file somewhere in your system. Next, open Notepad (yes, Notepad) or any other plain text editor you would like and use it to open the saved EML file.
Now that the file is open you will see the following lines of text called "Headers" at the top :
Return-Path: <mailer.bf@custonews.com
Delivered-To: [email protected]
X-Envelope-To: [email protected]

Always look at the "Returnpath:" and "From:" headers to know exactly which domain was used to send an email from.
As you can see in the example, we marked for you in bold the "Returnpath:" and "From:" header lines that will most likely to appear on your email if it was originated from our system.
If you want to be 100% sure its us, you can also examine the next lines in the file, called "Content", where you should be able to find a few references to us as well such as :

In our emails, we usually use "box.domain/mails" and "box.domain/unsubscribe", where domain is one of our domains from the top of this page.
What to do if you didn't find any header with one of our domains in it ?
Since our system is secured and no spam is originating out of our servers, if you didn't find those domains in your email, it is probably a spam mail sent by someone else.
