Opt-In Policy
The Client :

In this page, the term "Client" or "Customer" will refer to the company who owns the mailing list.

The Recipient :

In this page, the term "Recipient" or "User" will refer to the person receiving the email.

The Policy :

Opt-In policy defines the way by which the client added the recipient to his mailing list, and the way by which the client informed the recipient of the amount of emails he will / may receive.

Inclusion of recipient in mailing list :

There are only two availble ways to opt-in a recipient to a mailing list :

  • Business relationship with the Customer

The recipient purchased products, ordered a service or others of this kind from the Customer. In this case, the customer is allowed to contact the recipient as part of their business relationship.

  • Recipient requested to be included in mailing list

The recipient confirmed his inclusion in the mailing list, by Double-Opt-In process (also known as Confirmed-Opt-In).
All clients must agree that we conduct a Permission-Pass (reconfirming inclusion of all recipients).

Informing the recipient of the mailing volumes and durations :

During the signup process, the recipient will be informed of the volume of mailings he will be receiving and their duration (every week, every month etc.)
