Our Mailing System
A milestone of 5 years of work
At the core of our mailing infrastructure, is the Spartan™ mailing system, which is our source of pride and dignity and is the result of 5 years of active research and developement in the field of email marketing. This is a web-based mailing administration system, where you can upload your creatives, users lists, and templates and manage your campaigns and get full statistics on how well your e-mail campaigns perform.

Once the user enters his login details, he gets to the home page of the system.

At the home page, you see the statistical display of your last campaign, showing the top 10 mailservers on each list, followed by next/previous buttons to allow and navigate through the users list and see what is the quality of the campaign (how many emails reached the inbox) by showing exactly how many people opened (watched) the e-mail, how many clicked on it, and how many asked for remove.
This is very useful for being able to determine the cause for not reaching the inbox in specific servers, like Gmail or Yahoo! for instance, where a good percentage of your recipients are located in these servers, and if a problem arises it better be pinpointed and solved.
Sometimes its the content, sometimes its simply the quality of your list, and sometimes its due to other reasons. In any case a customer have problems with a specific server (i.e: emails not reaching the recipients / reach the junk folder) all he has to do is let us know about it through our contact form or send mail directly to our mailboxes, and our administrators will take care of the problem for him.
